Online Purchases Shipping Policy

If you are purchasing an item from our online store at www.store.cloudcitydrones.com, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed unless an issue makes that not possible (a representative will reach out to you via email in this case). At checkout, you will have several options to choose from when it comes to shipping. We have contracts with all major carriers to ensure the best rates to our customers,  both domestic and international. Depending on the destination location and/or size & weight of the shipment, certain services may or may not be available, and the transit times will vary depending on the service selected. Domestic orders over $250 receive free "Standard Shipping". To get free shipping on your order, simply select the "Standard Shipping" option at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, this option will show a total cost of $0.00. (Standard Shipping service is USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated and is subject to change without notice.)

What if it's been a while and my package still hasn't shown up?
Please check the tracking link provided to you via email for the most up to date info regarding your shipment. Sometimes external conditions cause delays. If it has been over 2 weeks since the item being shipped and you still haven't received your item(s), please contact us at [email protected] or call us at (401)-681-4112 .
 
 
 

Return Policy:

** NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS REQUIRING ACTIVATION ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE **

New Returns

Cloud City Drones will take back any new item up to 14 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. New items returned 14 days after the date of purchase can be returned for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without refund.

 

Open Box Returns

Cloud City Drones will take back any new and working item with all the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without refund.

  

International Returns

International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. New returns will be accepted for a full refund if product has not been opened or used. New products returned after 14 days and open box items returned before 30 days are both subject to a 20% restocking fee when refunded. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Any products that are returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will not be refunded.

 

DJI DOA Out of Box Returns:

DJI’s policy is that if your item is defective out of the box within 10 days of purchase, has not been crashed and in original condition we can exchange the item if the problem can be confirmed by us.
