Cloud City Drones will take back any new item up to 14 days after purchase. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. New items returned 14 days after the date of purchase can be returned for a merchandise credit toward a future purchase. No returns we are allowed after 30 days.
Cloud City Drones will take back any new and working item with all the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
DJI’s policy is that if your item is defective out of the box within 10 days of purchase, has not been crashed and in original condition we can exchange the item if the problem can be confirmed by us.
No Damage: After 10 days, all warranty repairs will performed by DJI. Customers are required by DJI to contact them directly. Dealers are not allowed to act as a middleman.
Crash Damage: DJI’s policy is that if your item is crashed and you believe the crash has been the result of a DJI defect. You must return the item to them for analysis and confirmation. Your flight logs will be reviewed to determine the cause of the crash.
